Murali is the founder and CEO of KREA Business Advisory Services and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor. Having navigated the sale of his own business, Murali brings firsthand knowledge of what it takes to prepare, position, and sell a business at full value. With over 20 years of experience as a consultant, entrepreneur, and startup advisor, he works closely with lower-middle-market business owners to maximize their outcomes and get the most out of the sale process.

Martin Wong is a California-licensed CPA with over 15 years of experience in taxation and accounting. He began his career at PwC in the international tax group before focusing on small businesses and entrepreneurs. Martin holds an MS in Taxation from Golden Gate University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. His specialties include business valuations, equity compensation, real estate tax strategy, and the financial and tax considerations business owners face when planning a sale.
